The Liverpool Regional Office is run by Jonathan Atkinson.

Jonathan Atkinson MRICS, Liverpool Managing Partner, is a Chartered Building Surveyor offering expert Dilapidations advice and representation to Landlords and Tenants of Commercial Property in all sectors throughout Merseyside.  Jonathan draws upon over 20 years' experience in the Commercial Dilapidations field and the successful settlement of numerous cases.

He is involved at all stages of Commercial Property from the preparation of pre-occupation Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations assessments to the negotiation of Terminal Schedules of Dilapidations at lease expiry.  His services extends to expert witness representation for contentious claims proceeding to ADR / litigation.
