The Leeds Regional Office is run by Lee Scott MRICS.

Lee is a first class honours Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager who has worked in commercial property for 25 years.  He is a Dilapidations Surveyor and has represented international corporate occupiers, major institutional funds and 3 of the top UK banks.  A former national practice head of Building Surveying and Equity Partner and past "Birmingham Young Property Professional of the year", Lee really enjoys gaining great Dilapidations outcomes for Tenants and Landlords alike.
