The Guildford Regional Office is run by Jeremy Salter.

Jeremy Salter MRICS, Guildford Managing Partner, qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1985 and has successfully represented both Landlord and Tenant clients on a range of Dilapidations issues including the preparation of Schedules of Condition, Schedules of Dilapidations and the negotiation of settlements.  Jeremy has experience of a wide spectrum of commercial properties in terms of size, age, use and construction as well as working with a variety of clients from individuals to multi-nationals.
