The Chester Regional Office is run by Paul Sheen.

Paul Sheen MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years' experience in Commercial Property Development and Investment working throughout the UK.  He has been an active member of RICS in the North West Region and an APC Assessor in the Building Surveying Division specialising in Dilapidations matters.  Paul now practices from the Chester office and provides a Specialist Dilapidations Service to a wide range of Landlords and Tenants of Commercial Property in the Chester, Wirral and North Wales areas.
